羽毛球多球训练对提高身体机能能力的研究 被引量:43

摘要 运用实验对比、数理统计和文献资料调研等方法,通过选取浙江省杭州市羽毛球俱乐部青少年业余运动员2 0名,随机分为两组进行实验,一组采取多球训练法,另一组采取单球训练法,训练周期为3个月。在实验开始和结束时,分别测试两组运动员的速度、力量、耐力、心肺功能等身体机能指标并进行比较。同时,监测两种训练方法实验过程中运动员的心率变化,以评定两种训练方法的运动强度。结果表明:多球训练组运动员的肺活量,以及速度、耐力和下肢力量明显优于单球训练组运动员,多球训练组运动员的运动强度明显高于单球训练组运动员。 Through using the method of experimental comparison,mathematical statistics and literature,this paper selected 20 amateur junior players in badminton club in Hangzhou,and then divided into two groups randomly.One group used multi-ball training method,while the other group used one-ball training method.The period of training was three months.When beginning and finish of experiment,the indexes of the speed,power,endurance,cardiorespiratory function of players in each group were tested.The result showed that the vital capacity,speed,endurance and lower limb power of multi-ball training group were superior to that of one-ball training group.The training intensity was high in multi-ball training group.The purpose of study was to provide scientific basis in reasonable using multi-ball training and one-ball training.
