摘要
本文在对橡碗胶进行系统的改性试验的基础上,提出将橡碗栲胶磺甲基化后,再与金属离子络合的改性方法,实验表明,该方法可行且能使橡碗栲胶类泥浆稀剂的抗温、抗盐能力显著提高;这种方法对金属离子有一定的选择性。本文还介绍了一种新的有效的无毒抗高温盐水泥浆稀释剂SCFZK,它在低温和高温下,对淡水泥浆和饱和盐水泥浆的稀释效能赶上了SMT,且比SMT具有成本更低、性能更稳定的优点。
Based on the systematic property improing tests for valonea tannin extract, this paper presents a method of impving the thinning quality of valonea tannin extract by sulfmethylating the valonea tannin extract and then complexing it with the matalions.The results show that this method is feasible and has gteatly improved the temperature and saline resistant property of valonea tannin extract mud thinner. The method can select the metalions. The paper also recommends a new nonpoisonous mud thinner—SCFZK.In the case of either high or low temperature its propcrty for thinning fresh mud and saline mud has overtaken that of SMT.It's superior to SMT in cost and stable performance.
