摘要
介绍了加氢装置气液分离器的工作原理。着重论述了气液分离器的工艺设计、材料选择和结构设计要点,并通过CFX计算找出了分离效率与气液进口速度间的关系。
The working principle of gas liquid separator for hydrogenated unit was recommended. The main points in process design, material selection and structure design of gas liquid separator was discussed emphatically. By means of CFX calculation, the relationship between separate efficiency and gas liquid inlet velocity had been found out.
