The industry amalgamation creates a competitive industrial structure, accomplishes the amalgamation of industrial value chains, promotes the reasonability of market structure, and causes a new M&A climax among different enterprises. The industry competitiveness is the result of the coeffect of interior and exterior competitiveness, and it is the ligament between enterprise competitiveness and nation competitiveness. There is an interior dynamic coherence between the industry amalgamation and the industry competitiveness.
