关于修改《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》的若干建议

Proposals on the Amendment of the Civil Procedural Law of PRC

我国现行《民事诉讼法》关于诉讼法律责任的规定存在许多缺陷和不足,我们在修改《民事诉讼法》时应对第10章的章名、民事诉讼参与人所实施的各种诉讼违法行为、诉讼法律责任方式和审判人员应承担的诉讼法律责任等缺陷和不足加以修改,以便建立科学的民事诉讼法律责任制度。

There exist many defects in the current regulation of legal responsibilities in the Civil Procedural Law of PRC. Therefore, in order to establish a scientific system of civil procedural legal responsibility, several amendments should be made on the following aspects: the name of Chapter 10, various violation activities of the participators in civil law litigation, the manner of responsibility, and legal responsibility of judicial officers, etc.
