摘要
高校应明确利用信贷资金的指导思想,制定信贷资金管理办法,构建利用信贷资金的管理机制,实行分级管理,防范财务风险,力求达到加强财务管理、节约资金成本、提高投资效益的目的。
In order to strengthen the financial management, economize fund cost and promote efficiency of investment, in universities the following measures are required to be taken: steeing up management methods of credit funds with the guidance of fund utilization principle, establishing management mechanism, and carrying on grading management for precaution against financial risk, etc.
