摘要
该文阐述了确定河道人行亲水平台高程的控制因素——正常高水位线的计算方法及过程,结合分析河道已建壅水建筑物对正常高水位线的影响,提出了确定人行平台高程应遵循的原则并介绍一种简便的校核计算正常高水位线的方法。
The paper states the control factor for determining the elevation of waterside pavilion of river course ─ the calculation method and course of normal high water level. In the combination with analyzing the influence of the built hammed water structures of the river course on the normal high water level, the paper puts forward the principle followed by the elevation of waterside pavilion and introduces a kind of simple methods for checking and calculating the normal water level.
