摘要
在对战略柔性再界定的基础上,综合了动态能力观点中的关于组织、文化、知识、资源等基本元素及其战略意义的分析,指出文化是战略柔性的核心,知识是战略柔性的基础,资源是战略柔性的保障,组织是战略柔性的主干,而创新意识与领导力则对战略柔性具有重要意义。
By redefining strategic flexibity,the paper generalizes the concept of dynamic capability in terms of orgazation,culture,knowledge and resource.It paints out that in strategic flexibity cultune is the core,knowledge the fundation,resource the guarantee,organization the sutainance,innovation and leadership the great significence.
