摘要
项目贷款是一种特殊的国际中长期贷款,普遍应用于大型项目的国际融资。其风险性主要有:政治与法律风险、完工风险、运营风险以及市场风险等。应通过各种担保合同明确各方参与人的法律责任,并通过商业保险和政府机构提供的保险转移风险来减少项目贷款过程中的争议。
This paper mainly analyses the risks of project finance as is a kind of special international loan.Several legal measures are suggested to prevent these risks.This is achievecl by defining the duty of participators,which can effectirely resolve the pessible ridks and conflicts in project finance throngh the insurance offered by both insurance companies and governmental sectors.
