针对指数评价方法的不足,指数内容涵盖不全面,提出了对已存在的指数评价方法进行指数补充的思路。提出了危险相近方法,使专家根据此原则采用直接打分法对补充指数进行打分,然后对其分值进行误差计算。

Against the disadvantage of exponent evaluation, that is, the exponent doesn’t contain everything, exponent supplement idea about existing exponent evaluation method is put forward. Risk close method is put forward and according to this rule, experts can mark the supplemental exponent, calculate the error and get reasonable supplemental exponent.
