摘要
油罐区油罐进出口短管以下部分的罐底油回收,现均采用接临时设施的方法,费工费时又极不安全,而且造成效益流失和环境污染。从理论上对罐区集油系统工艺技术进行了分析,为工业应用提供了理论依据。罐区集油系统工业应用效果良好。
At present, recovery of bottom oil below the outlet of the tank is made by means of temporary pipeline in the oil tank area. The method is not safe, uses a lot of labor and time, and leads to loss of the benefit and environment pollution. Process technology of oil collection system was theoretically analyzed in the oil tank area. It provides theoretical base of commercial application. Its effect and benefit are very apparent.
