摘要
本文用弹塑性有限元素法计算并分析了钢管在三种情况下的剪切过程中应力场的变化，分析了应力状态对切口质量的影响，得到了试验的验证。为探索钢管无屑剪切新工艺提供了理论依据。
In this paper.the elastoplast finite element method is used to analyse the change of the stress field during shearing steel tubes in three conditions of the boundary restraint.The influence of stress condition on the quality of sheared surface is also analysed.These results are consistent with the experimental results.This provides the theoretical fundmental and economical method for researching the steel tube shearing without sawing.
