STUDY AND COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF DECALCIFYING TECHNOLOGY FOR CRUDE OIL

摘要 针对克拉玛依稠油,用自行开发的KR1脱钙剂,进行原油脱钙技术研究,考察了影响脱钙效果的主要因素,确定了较佳的工艺条件,并进行了工业应用试验。工业应用结果表明,该技术对克拉玛依稠油具有很好的脱金属效果,原油中钙平均脱除率为87.5%,最高达90.1%,净化油钙含量降低至40.0μg/g以下,最低可达22.1μg/g,脱镁、脱钒率达到66.0%~78.0%,同时可使电脱盐装置电流降低50%以上。还对脱钙剂循环使用技术进行了实验室研究,显示出良好的使用效果和工业应用前景。 The decalcifying technology for high calcium contained crude was studied by using Karamay viscous crude oil as feedstock with the self-developed decalcifying agent named KR-1. The main factors influencing the decalcifying effect were investigated in the laboratory, and the technology was commercially tested. The results showed that the said technology had good demetallization effect on Karamay viscous crude oil, the average removal rate of calcium was 87.5%, the highest was 90.1%, and the calcium content in the treated crude was less than 40.0μg/g, the least was 22.1μg/g; for magnesium and vanadium, the average removal rates were in the range of 66.0% to 78.0%. The electric current of the desalter could be reduced by more than 50%. In addition, the recycling technology of the decalsifier was also studied in the laboratory, which showed good result and the technology is expected to be used in the industry.
