The Experiment on Shearing Tube Using the Periphery Shearing Method with Core Bars

为了验证带芯棒圆周剪切法的可行性，我们设计了模拟剪切设备，对无芯棒、单芯棒和双芯棒等不同情况进行单向剪切和圆周剪切的剪切试验，以观察不同情况不同剪切方法的剪切效果和某些因素的影响情况，试验结果证明带芯棒圆周剪切法确实能获得较好剪切质量。

In order to test and verify the possiblity of the periphery Shearing method with core bars.the analogue shearing system is designed;Experiments of the single direction shearing and the pertphery shearing are done respectively under the following conditions: no core bar,single bar and double bars et al.The results show that the shearing quility is good using the periphery shearing With core bars.
