摘要
制霉菌素加入查氏培养基的防霉试验结果表明:霉菌的种类不同, 制霉菌素的抑菌浓度亦不相同.制霉菌素加入培养基中的抑菌浓度比涂布培养基表面的抑菌浓度低.制霉菌素加入培养基中的最佳抑菌浓度为1.0×108μ·L-1,比涂布于培养基表面的最佳抑菌浓度(3.0×108μ·L-1)低.应用试验结果表明:制霉菌素浓度在1.0×108μ·L-1以上能有效地防止蓝湿革长霉.
The plate culture experiments showed that the strain of mould is different, the mould inhibition of nystatin varies in concentration. The plate culture experiments which the nystatin was added in culture were carried out firstly,the results showed that the nystatin can inhibit all of the 11 strains mold grown on wet blue when the maximal concentration of nystatin was1.0×108μ·L -1 , which is lower than that of the experiments in which nystatin was spreaded on the surface of the culture. The soaking application experiments indicated that molds could grow on wet blues when the concentration of nystatin was below 1.0×108μ·L -1 and stored in the incubator at 31℃ in one month. Any mold can not grow on the wet blues soaking with 1.0×108μ·L -1 Nystatin and stored in the incubator at 31℃ over three months. So nystatin could be used as mold inhibitor of wet blue.
