摘要
采用单体后滴加法,用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-174),对丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,通过乳液聚合合成有机硅-丙烯酸酯共聚物。对其合成工艺进行了初步探索,通过红外光谱、DSC分析,对产物进行了表征,考察了不同有机硅含量对共聚产物的成膜性能、胶膜拉伸强度、胶膜伸长率的影响。
The procedure for preparing the acrylate on copolymers modified with D4 and A-174 as their Ts were characterized by IR and DSC. The tensile and peeling strength and hydroscopicity of polymer films were also studied and analysized in accordance with the copolymer's structures,prepared by emulsion polymerization possess excellent mechanical property and climatic resistance.
