摘要
本文根据铬铁合金的特点,研究了铬铁合金熔体中磷、铬的活度;渣系脱磷保铬能力及氧化脱磷和还原脱磷过程中,合金的铬、磷含量和温度等对脱磷的影响。根据研究结果综合分析了铬铁合金的氧化脱磷和还原脱磷的各自工艺特点和适用范围。
Dephosphorization of ferro-chromium has comprehensively been studied.which includes:the activties of phosphorus and chromium in Fe- Cr melts,the ability of slag to dephosphorize without Cr losses and the influences of [Cr]、[C]and temperature on dephosphorization. According to the above obtained result,the technological feature and the suitable conditions used with regard to oxidative and reductive dephosphorization respectively are discussed.
