摘要
为了使负荷变化过程中加热炉内空气过剩系数Bu保持在最佳燃烧区范围内,先后产生了多种交叉制约方案。本文根据宝钢环形加热炉对象特性,运用CSS仿真程序包,对这些方案进行了分析和仿真研究,为环形炉改造选择燃烧控制方案提供了理论依据,在偏值系数的选取上提出了自己的观点。
There have been some cross limit control methods to hold the air-fule ratio in the optimum area when the load of heat furnace changes abruptly.Analysis and simulation of these methods are made based On the ring-heat-furnace object Characteristic with CSS simulation package in the paper.The results provide the evidance for selecting combustion control project of the ring heat furnace.Author presents his opinion on the select of bias coefficients.
