大鼠肾上腺髓质细胞超微结构及其年龄变化

摘要 为观察年龄对大鼠肾上腺髓质细胞的影响,对成、老年组29例大鼠肾上腺髓质进行了常规透射电镜观察。结果表明: 老年大鼠A及NA细胞中分泌颗粒、滑面内质网和高尔基复合体的体积密度明显减小,而且A及NA细胞的核质比小于成年组;胞质分泌颗粒由GERL区生成,并通过胞吐方式外进分泌, In order to abserve the effects of aging for rat adrenal medulla cells. 29 adrenal medullae of adult and old rats were studulied by TEM The resuarlts were shown as follow:volume density of secretory granules.ER and Golgi complex in the old rats were smaller than those in the adults and so it was with the nucleo-cytoplasm ratios of A and NA cells; secretory granules in cytoplasm were made in Golgi complex-Endoplasmic Reticulum-Lysosome ( GERL ) and released with exocytosit.
