喉声带息肉病人的麻醉处理

ANESTHETIC MANAGEMENT OF LARYNX AND VOCAL FOLD POLYP

本文总结了12例喉、声带息肉病人手术的麻醉处理。其中喉息肉3例。有8例采用氟芬合剂、依托咪酯和琥珀胆碱快速诱导插入气道一细导管且术中控制呼吸,效果满意。有4例采用了其它麻醉方法。文中对此类型术的麻醉进行了比较和讨论。

Anesthetic managent of 12 cases of larynx and vocal fold polyp operation was reported in this paper. There were 9 cases of larynx polyp and. 3 cases of vocal fold polyp. Eight cases were anesthetized wi Innovar,etomidate and scoline accompanied with a small tracheal intubation and controlled ventilation,and the result was satsfying. The rest were anesthetized with other methods. The methods of anesthetic management were also compared and discussed in this paper.
