摘要
本文采用体外短期培养法,结合H3-TdR掺入技术对28例进展期胃癌进行了体外抗癌药物敏感性测定研究。结果表明:MMC、ADM,5-Fu、PDD,EL-AI对体外培养的人胃癌细胞的抑制率分别为14.1%、21.4%、28.6%,14.1%和32.1%,与临床单一药物治疗胃癌的疗效比较接近。笔者认为在现今尚缺乏更为有效的抗胃癌药物前提下,采用体外测定方法,选出敏感药物用于临床对胃癌的个体化抗癌药物治疗很有必要。
cases of gastric cancer patients were tested for their chemosensitivity to five anticancer agents by means of short term culture in vitro and H3-TdR incoporation technique.The results showed that incorporative inhibition rate of MMC,ADM,5-Fu,PDD,EL-AI to in vitro cultured human gastric cancer celles are 14.1%,21.4%,28.6%,14.1%,and 32.1% respectively,which are similar to that of the clinical chemothe rapy results.We consider that in the condition of lacking more effec tive antigastric cancer agents,it is necessary to use effective agents selected from in vitro chemosensitivity test to the treatment of patients with gastric cancer individually.
