摘要
本文采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对常年性变应性鼻炎，屋尘抗原皮肤试验示阳性反应的３６例患者，血清中屋尘特异性ＩｇＥ抗体了测定。３６例中特异ＩｇＥ抗体阳性２３例占６４％，皮肤试验反应强度与特异ＩｇＥ抗体之间无相关。ＥＬＩＳＡ法特异性高，特异ＩｇＥ抗体阳性时便可确定变应原，临床上有很大应用价值。
Thirty-six patients with nasal allergy showed posilive reaction in inter acutaneous test of house-dust(HD).Their specific IgE antibody in serum were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).In this study,twenty-three were positive,its positive rate was 64%.The intensity of reaction was not relation to tne specific IgE antibody.The ELISA wasspecific,on the opposite,allergic antigen could be measured.Therefore,this assay will be of large clinical evaluation.
