摘要
本文报告了３３例成人动脉导管未闭。其发病率占同期成人先天性心脏病的１９．９％。其临床诊断与治疗特点如下：１．动脉导管未闭（ＰＤＡ），随着年龄增长肺动脉压力的逐渐增高，胸骨左缘２～３肋间的连续性杂音可发生变化，呈双期或单收缩期杂音。２．自幼出现症状的ＰＤＡ病人，未闭导管的直径多较粗，成人出现肺动脉高压的未闭导管直径一般≥１０ｍｍ。３．成人ＰＤＡ并肺动脉高压病人手术的危险性较之儿童期明显增加，应慎重。
The conditions of 33 patients with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) were studied. The morbidity of PDA is 19.9% of adult CHD.The diagnostical characters and therapeutical effect for this disease showed that:1) systolic and diastolic murmur or only systolic murmur can be heared in the 2 or 3 intercosta space by the left of the sternum with the increase of pulmo nary artery pressure;2) in the patients with early symptom the diameter of their PDA is larger than that of patients with later symptom, in the adult patients with pulmonary hypertension their diameter of PDA ge nerally is≥10mm;3) the dangers of surgical accident in the adult patients with pulmonary hypertension are higher than in children,so it will be taken carefully for surgery.
