北洋政府时期青岛的进出口贸易

A Brief Comment on the Import and Export Trade of Qingdao During the Rule of the Northern Warlords

1922-1928年北洋政府统治时期,青岛的对外贸易有了相当的发展,进出口贸易的净值基本上呈逐年递增的趋势,反映了这一时期港口贸易的日趋繁荣。然而由于德国和日本在青岛长期的殖民统治,使得外资尤其是日资在青岛的经济贸易中一直占有很大的优势,因此1922年中国政府虽然收回了青岛主权,但是进出口贸易在很大程度上仍被外资所操纵,从而严重地影响了青岛对外贸易的进一步发展。

During the years (1922—1928) of the rule of the Northern Warlords, the foreign trade of Qingdao had had a considerable development with the tendency of a progressive increase year by year, reflecting the prosperity of the port trade during this period. However, because of the long colonial rule of Germany and Japan in Qingdao, the foreign capital, especially the Japanese capital in Qingdao, had always taken up great advantage in economic trade. Therefore, though the Chinese government got back the territorial sovereignty of Qingdao in 1922, the foreign capital had also been in the charge of the import and export trade greatly, which had held back the further development of the foreign trade of Qingdao.
