摘要
在小儿外科中，对前倾角的准确测量一直未能得到解决。目前的测量方法存在过程繁琐、误差大的缺点。作者将股骨假定成数学模型置于立体空间中，利用三角函数公式推出一种新的前倾角测量方法，简捷、准确。
In pediatrics orthopedics,the measurement to antervision angle hasn't been resolved perfectly for a long time.The past measurement method is very complex with great error.The author assumes the femur to be a methematics model and place it in the steric space,getting a new measure ment fomula of antervision angle by trigonometrical function.It has never been reported
