摘要
光学尘埃粒子计数器是利用尘埃粒子在强光照射下产生散射光,通过检测散射光强度设计而成,仪器接收灵敏度的稳定性是保证测量准确度的关键。提出了一种尘埃粒子计数器实现自动校正的方法,使仪器始终处于定标时的接收灵敏度。
A new approach was put forward to auto-correct the dust particle counter. The counter is used to measure the number and size of dust particles in clean air. The incident light is scattered by the dust particle and the scatter intensity is related to the size of the particle. So keeping constant detection sensitivity of the particle counter is the point for precise measurement. An auto-corrector was designed to adjust the sensitivity of BCJ-1 dust particle counter. The intensity of incident light and noise of the system are monitored. The auto-corrector can always retain the same sensitivity as the scaled sensitivity by compensation.
