摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI80),聚醚二元醇(N210),二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要原料,采用原位乳液聚合法,合成聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液。在保证二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)含量、中和度等不变的情况下,研究了MMA含量对乳液的性能及外观的影响。结果表明,MMA对乳液外观、贮存稳定性、力学性能、吸水性等均有重要影响。MMA最佳含量为20%~30%。
The polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) hybrid emulsion was synthesized from toluene diisocyanate(TDI-80),polyether binary alcohol(N210),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) etc using the emulsion polymerization in situ. The effects of the MMA content on the properties and appearance of the PUA emulsion were discussed. It was observed that the MMA content had important effects on the appearance, storage stability, mechanical properties and hydroscopic coefficient of the PUA emulsion.
