摘要
对首钢2号高炉装料制度调整的经验进行了总结。首钢借助炉顶摄像仪、十字测温装置、高炉煤气连续自动分析等设备,形成了一套高产、低耗、稳定、长寿的装料制度。
The paper concludes the experiences obtained in regulation practices on charging system of No.2 blast furnace in Shougang Group Co. A set of charging system featuring high productivity, low energy consumption charging system allowing stable operation and long campaign of blast furnace is established by installation of furnace top camera, cross probe and continuous automatic analysis equipment of BF gas.
