宝鸡市水资源可持续利用评价

Assessment of sustainable utilization of water resources in Baoji City

利用宝鸡市2000～2003年的水资源相关资料,建立了水资源可持续利用的间接指标和目的指标。评价体系包括水资源条件、水资源开发利用效率、生态环境状况和水资源合理配置。采用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法,对宝鸡市水资源可持续利用现状进行评价,提出了宝鸡市水资源可持续发展对策。

Based on the data of water resources from 2000 to 2003 of Baoji City, an index system, including indirect indices and objective indices, is established to evaluate the sustainable development of water resources. The system includes condition of water resources, utilization efficiency of water resources, state of ecological environment, and appropriate allocation of water resources. Analytical hierarchy process with the combination of qualitative and quantitative method is used to assess the present situation of water resources sustainable utilization in Baoji City. Countermeasures are put forward for the sustainable development of water resources.
