冰片对癫痫患者血清及脑脊液卡马西平药物浓度的作用

The effect of borneol on the serum and CSF carbamazepine concentration in epileptic patients

目的观察冰片对卡马西平血清及脑脊液药物浓度的影响,了解冰片是否促进卡马西平透过血脑屏障的作用。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定癫痫患者合用冰片前后血清及脑脊液卡马西平的药物浓度,观察冰片对其药物浓度的影响。结果合用冰片后平均血清卡马西平药物浓度由原来6.06μg/ml上升到6.21μg/ml,脑脊液平均卡马西平药物浓度由1.24μg/ml上升到1.32μg/ml,脑脊液/血清药物浓度比由20.5%提高到21.2%。结论冰片能促进卡马西平透过血脑屏障,提高卡马西平在中枢神经系统的浓度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of boreneol on the serum and cerebrospinal fluidCSF carbamazipine concentration. Methods we analyze the difference of the serum and CSF carbamazipine concentration among patients treated without borneol and with borneol sequentially. Drug concentration in serum and CSF is determined by RP-HPLC. Results we find the serum carbamazepine concentration increases from 6.06μg/ml to 6.21μg/ml the CSF carbamazepine concentration increases from 1.24μg/ml to 1.32μg/ml after patients are treated by carbamazepine and borneol together. Conclusions Borneol can significantly increase the concentration of carbamazepine in the brain of epileptic patients. Borneol can enhance the diffusion of carbamazepine through Brain-Blood Barrier.
