摘要
目的研究C-myc蛋白在大鼠脑损伤组织中的表达变化。方法15只大鼠随机分为对照组一实验组,采用Feeney等自由落体撞击法造成大鼠脑损伤模型,运用免疫组化S—P法检测C-myc蛋白在脑损伤后3h、6h表达变化。结果对照组和伤后3h、6h每组大鼠C-myc蛋白阳性表达百分率分别为:7.41±3.25%、15.25±6.85%和17.51±7.78%。结论C-myc蛋白在脑损伤后表达增强,其在继发脑损伤中的作用有待深入研究。
Objective To study the changes of the expression of C-myc protein after brain injuries in rats. Methods 15 wistar rats were randomly allocated to control and experimental group. Models of brain injuries were made according to Feeney's methods. 3h and 6h after injuried the expression of C-myc protein in rat brain tissue was measured by SP immunohistochemical stain respectively. Results The expression rate of C-myc protein in control group and injury after 3h and 6h was 7.41±3.25%?15.25±6.85% and 17.51±7.78% respectively. Conclusions Expression of C-myc protein is increased after brain injuries whose role in secondly brain injuried is still needed to be further researched.
