目的制备肤净霜和建立质量控制方法,观察其临床疗效。方法选用克霉唑,尿素,地塞米松等为主要成分,制成复方制剂,并对其进行质量控制和临床疗效观察。结果制剂稳定,质量可靠,126例手足癣及合并有皮肤皲裂的患者,进行了疗效及不良反应观察。结论该制剂制备简便,质控方法可靠,临床疗效良好,对手足癣、体股癣及手足癣合并皮肤皲裂治愈率71.4%,总有效率98.4%。

Objective The project aims to produce Skin-nourishing cream establish a quality-control system and observe its clinic healing effect. Methods We adopt clotriamazole carbamide and dexamethasone as main ingredients to make compound preparation with intensive notice of the qulity-control and constant observation of its clinic healing effect. Results The preparation made proved stable with reliable quality through the observation of 126 patients suffering psoriasis or other chapped skin under the treatment of such preparation. Conclusions Such preparation is produced with quite simple and reliable making method and quality control system. Its clinic healing effect turns out so excellent that it can cure hand foot and body psoriasis as well as the compound skin chapping with the sueccssul healing rate of 71.4% and a total healing rate of 98.4%.
