摘要
为了确定高性能耐火耐候建筑用钢WGJ510C2的高温耐火特性,对其与普通建筑用钢Q235 在标准炉下进行了耐火极限的对比试验。结果表明:在标准升温曲线和相同载荷(132 74 kN)下,裸露WGJ510C2 钢梁的耐火极限为39 min,裸露Q235钢梁的耐火极限为27 min,即裸露WGJ510C2钢梁的耐火极限比裸露Q235 钢梁高44 4%。在考虑建筑设计一级防火标准(150 min)时,WGJ510C2钢梁的防火涂料厚度为20 mm,Q235 钢梁的防火涂料厚度为27 mm,即使用WGJ510C2钢比使用Q235钢可以节省厚型防火涂料26%。
Fire endurance comparson test between fire resistant and weathering construction steel WGJ510C2 with conventional construction steel Q235 in the standard stove was carried out to decide the fire resistance of WGJ510C2. The results show that under the same standard calefaction curve and the same load (132 74 kN), the fire endurance of naked WGJ510C2 is 39 min and that of Q235 steel is 27 min. Concerning the fireproofing standard in construction design (150 min, 2 5 h), the coat thickness of WGJ510C2 is 20 mm and that of Q235 is 27 mm.
