摘要
针对中原油田中原油田压裂伤害的问题.介绍了压裂裂缝处理液FTG的室内研究及现场应用情况。FTG由压裂残渣处理剂FFA和支撑剂破碎细粒处理剂FFB组成。该处理液中FFA的残渣分解率大于95%,FFB对溶蚀破碎支撑剂效果明显,并且该处理液不腐蚀纲材,与地层配伍性良好。压裂裂缝处理剂FFA和FFB能够解除支撑裂缝的堵塞,恢复裂缝导流能力,从而提高油井产能;压裂裂缝改善技术对于因压裂污染伤害而导致产量降低的油井,能够增加油井产能,延长措施有效期,从而提高压裂措施有效率。压裂裂缝处理液FTG技术在中原油田的文留油田和文南油田累计施工47井次,措施有效率达95%,平均单井增液率为30%,平均单井措施有效期大干194d。
Based on the damage characteristics of frac job in Zhongyuan oilfield, study of FTG induced fracture treating fluid was presented, the application was also introduced. The agent FTG is composed of residue tearing agent FFA and cracked proppant particles treating agent FFB. Lab tests showed that with FFA in the fluid, the residue degradation ratio reached 95% after 1 h at 90℃,and the corrosion effect was evident. What's more, the fluid has good compatibility with the formation fluid, and produces no corrosion to iron materials. Field using verified that the FTG agent provided fast clean up, then the fracture flow conductivity was improved and the oil well productivity was increased. The induced fracture treating fluid technique has been used in 47 wells in Wenliu and Wennan of Zhongyuan oilfield, and 95% of the total wells were improved, the average single-well fluid increase rate was 30% and the average improved period was 194 d.
