摘要
地层压力是井身结构、钻井液、完井液性能和钻井参数设计的重要依据,仅靠一种地层压力处理模式或某一种地层物理性质的测量资料是不能得到可靠地层压力数据的,且目前没有一种地层压力计算模式可以运用到任何油田。华北石油管理局钻井工艺研究院开发出了一套地层压力综合解释系统,该系统综合了目前国内外常用的解释计算方法,使用数据库和数值分析技术将地质、地震、测井、钻井、测试以及室内实验等各方面的数据与地层压力问题相结合,使地层压力的计算,分析更系统化,并逐步趋于精确化。地层压力解释系统经过5个区块钻井设计、40多口探井设计和现场压力监测结果表明,该系统可以大大提高地层压力的解释精度,对减少井下复杂情况、更好地保护油气层、优质高效钻井、固井、完井起到了非常重要的作用。
Formation pressure is an important inference in optimizing casing program, drilling/completion fluid property and drilling parameters, while it is impossible to obtain reliable data from only one treating model or from physical characteristics of one layer. Moreover, there is no formation pressure calculation model practical in every oilfield presently. The Drilling Technology Research Inst. of CNPC Huabei Petroleum developed a formation pressure interpretation system. In this system, conventional calculation models domestic and abroad are included. Incorporating formation pressure calculation-related problems with data of geology, seismic surveying, dogging,drilling, testing and laboratory experiments, the system make pressure calculation more systematic and more accurate. This interpretation system has been used in 40+ wells of five blocks. In-situ pressure monitoring results showed that it improves interpretation accuracy considerably, demonstrating its important role in reducing drilling accidents and protecting oil/gas reservoir.
