摘要
目的:建立润益口服液制剂的质量控制标准。方法:用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中草药的有效成分。结果:用薄层色谱法鉴别润益口服液中的麦冬,玄参、大青叶、桔梗等有效成分,专属性强,灵敏度高,稳定性好,检出斑点清晰。结论:为润益口服液的质量控制建立了可靠的检测方法。
Objective:To establish a standard to control the quality of Runyi Oral Liquid.Methods:The effecctive components in herbs were identified by TLC.Results:The effective components of Runyi Oral Liquid,such as Dwarf,Radix Scrophulariae,Dyers woad leaf and Bauoonflower were identified by TLC.The method is specific,sensitive and stable.Conclusion:A reliable method is established for the quality control of Runyi Oral Liquid.
