摘要
目的:研究阿魏酸钠体外对弱精子症患者精子运动参数的影响。方法:20例弱精子症患者手淫取精并上游法优选后与0.05mmol/L阿魏酸钠孵育0,1,2,3h后,采用计算机辅助的精液分析系统(CASA)检测精子的运动参数,并进行对比分析。结果:弱精子症患者精子与0.05mmol/L浓度阿魏酸钠孵育2h后,患者精子的a+b级精子百分率、VCL及VSL显著增强。结论:阿魏酸钠在体外能显著增强弱精症患者精子的运动功能。
Objective:To evaluate the influence of sodium ferulate on sperm motility function of patients with asthenospermia in vitro.Methods:Sperm obtained by masturbation and prepared by swim-up technology from 20 patients with asthenospermia were incubated with sodium ferulate. Measurements were carried out at 0,1,2,3 h for patients in all specimens included viability, progressive motility, VSL and VCL by CASA. Results:After sperm of asthenospermia patients had been incubated with sodium ferulate(0.05 mmol/L) for 2 hours,the results showed that sodium ferulate increased significantly the progressive motility, VSL and VCL in the sperm of asthenospermia patients.Conclusion:The sodium ferulate(0.05 mmol/L) can increase the mobility of sperm of asthenospermia patients in vitro.
