草酸铵对僵蚕抗凝作用的影响

Influence of Amm on Oxalate on the Action of Anticoagalation on Stiff Silkworm

目的:研究草酸铵对僵蚕抗凝作用的影响。方法:以凝血酶时间(TT)为指标,用添加法比较不同浓度草酸铵对僵蚕提取液和凝胶分离液抗凝作用的影响。结果:添加草酸铵浓度在1.8～21.3mg/ml范围内,对固形物含量15.8～31.6mg/ml的提取液和14.6～29.1mg/ml的凝胶分离液的TT值增加成正相关。结论:草酸铵对僵蚕提取液、凝胶分离样品的抗凝作用均有增强作用,随提取液浓度降低影响增大,而随凝胶分离液浓度增大影响增大。

Objective:To study the inflence of Amm on Oxalate on the action of anticoagulation on stiff silkworm.Methods:With the thrombase time (TT) as the index, to compare the influences of different concentration on the action of anticoagulation on the worm's abstract solution and gel separated solution.Results:When the adding volumn is at 1.8～21.3 mg/ml, TT will be related to the volumn positively for the abstract solution of 15.8～31.6 mg/ml and the gel separated solution of 14.6～29.1 mg/ml.Conclusion:Amm on Oxalate has the enhancing effect to the anticoagulation. The influence increases wohile the concentration of the asstract solution decreases, or while the concentration of gel separated solution increases.
