蒺藜商品药材组织构造的研究

Microscopic Structure of Commercial Drug of Fructus Tribuli

目的:对来自全国11个地区的蒺藜类商品药材进行鉴定,了解该类药材的市场情况。方法:在性状鉴别的基础上,采用显微数码成像技术,对蒺藜商品药材进行了显微鉴定研究。结果:11份商品药材样品中均为正品,但是组织构造研究结果与前人研究不尽相同。结论:蒺藜的中果皮分为薄壁和厚壁两部分,厚壁部分内、外两侧均有含草酸钙结晶细胞形成的结晶层。本文提供了蒺藜药材的横切面简图、组织特征图和粉末图,以供参考。

Objective:To identify the commercial drugs of Fructus Tribuli(Jili) collected from 11 different areas.Methods:Macro- and Microscopic identification with digital imaging technology.Results:The original plants of the commercial drugs were Tribulus terrestris L., but the microscopic structure of the drugs are different from that of the previous studies.Conclusion:The mesocarp of Jili is composed of parenchymatous and sclerenchymatous parts, and the sclerenchymatous part surrounded by a layer of calcium oxalate crystals.
