摘要
分析了电子枪零件的结构工艺性,提出了合理的工艺方案,阐述了模具的设计、结构、工作过程等。为了解决电子枪零件尺寸精度高、外观要求严格等问题,特制定了落料、一次拉深、二次拉深、整型、冲预孔、反拉深、冲本孔、翻孔、扩孔、切边等十个工序冲制零件;为了降低调整难度,采用了大泽多工位冲床,并介绍了此冲床的特点。该模具已投入生产使用,工作稳定,制件质量符合要求。
The structure technology of electron gun part G5-middle-2 is analyzed.The propertechnological solution is put forward.The design, structure and working process of the dieare presented.To solve the problem of high precision of electron gun part and strict require-ment of appearance,the process procedures of blanking,first drawing,second drawing,forming,punching top hole,opposite drawing,punching hole,opening hole,increasinghole,cutting flange are formed.For decreasing the difficulty of adjustment,multi-stationpunchers of Daze are adopted and its characteristics are introduced.The die has been put intoproduction and works stably.The product quality meets the requirement.
