摘要
在对模具企业生产特点分析的基础上,阐明了企业实施动态联盟的必要性和可行性。介绍了层次分析法在选择动态联盟协作伙伴中的应用。并具体介绍了基于层次分析决策的模具企业外协系统的功能特点、模块划分、设计过程和应用实例。
Based on the analysis in the production characteristics of mold enterprises,the necessityand feasibility of implementing dynamic alliance for mold enterprises are presented.The applicationof AHP(analytical hierarchy process)in selecting cooperant partners is introduced.The func-tional characteristics,modular decomposition and design process of cooperant system based onAHP for mold enterprises are elaborated.
