摘要
提出了一种完整的远程网络制造系统中网络监控、测量、数据集成的模式。在这种模式中,利用嵌入式WebServer技术实现了基于Internet的网络监测,使用基于嵌入式的精简TCP/IP协议以及简化TCP和标准TCP协议混合的方式解决了网络监测系统中的实时性与可靠性的矛盾,利用WebServices技术实现了网络监测系统和其它管理系统的无缝集成,从而实现多个应用系统协作为企业提供整体服务。
A strategy of remote monitoring on manufacturing is proposed, including network monitoring, measuring and data share. In this strategy, it realizes network monitoring by means of embedded Webserver, resolves the conflict between real-time and reliability by using simplified TCP/IP and standard TCP/IP. The MIS can share the monitor data automatically with WebServices.
