摘要
以剑麻茎腐病菌为接种病原菌,以H.11648离体叶片为接种对象,研究了5种接种方法、6种分生孢子浓度以及不同温度条件下和植株不同部位叶片的接种效果。结果表明,叶面打孔法或切口滴108个/ml的分生孢子悬浮液接种效果最好。采用该方法,20℃~42℃才能接种成功,30℃~35℃是接种后的最适培养温度;中部叶片的接种效果好于下部叶片,上部叶片接种效果最差。
Aspergillus niger causes stalk rot of sisal. The inoculation with this fungus on leaves of the sisal cultivar of H.11648 was carried out in vitro with five methods,six concentrations of spores,different culture temperatures and leaves from different position of plants.The results showed that inoculated in superficial hole or in incision on leaves with 108 spores /ml of A.niger was the best .In that condition,only in cultured temperature of 20℃~42℃ can that cause deseases.The most suitable growth temperatures were 30℃~35℃.The results also showed that the effect of inoculated in middle part leaves of plants was better than the leaves from lower part sand the top ones were the worst in all.
