目的探讨护理质量考评表在提高临床管理水平和效率,有效实施护理质量控制中的作用。方法设计并运用护理质量考评表,在实施过程中采用定期跟班检查、抽查等方法,强化环节控制,并不断改进护理质量考评表,使其逐步完善。结果加强了临床管理中的内涵建设,强化了全员质量管理意识,提高了护理队伍的整体素质。结论护理质量考评表是提高质量管理水平,树立良好医院形象和打造优质护理品牌的一种有效管理方法。

Objective To explore the function of the nursing quality examination sheet in improving the level and efficiency of clinical nursing management and nursing quality control.Method The nursing quality examination sheet was designed,applied and improved by the means of regular shift examination and irregular check randomly.Results This practice enforced the internal construction of clinical nursing management,intensified all the nurses’ consciousness of quality management and improved the whole quality of nursing teamwork.Conclusion Application of the nursing quality examination sheet was one of the effective management methods to improve the quality of nursing and set up good hospital image and create high quality nursing fame.
