摘要
以聚乙烯废塑料(PE)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,用反相乳液聚合方法通过接枝共聚合成高吸水性树脂.本文详细探讨了原料用量配比、引发剂和交联剂的选择等因素对吸水率的影响.使用本文方法所得产品的吸水率达400g/g以上.
A super-absorbent resin is synthesized with PE and acrylic acid through inverse emulsion polymerization. The influence of experiment conditions such as proportion of compositions、the initiator and cross-linking agent have been discussed in details in this paper. The water absorption ratio of the product can be over 400g/g.
