摘要 超临界直流锅炉仿真模型的关键在于建立一个合理的蒸发器数学模型。笔者结合“外高桥机组”的具体特点,采用非线性固定边界方法,建立了一套整体式超临界直流锅炉蒸发器的仿真模型,避免了分段式模型在运行过程中的模型切换问题。通过对国内最大的单机容量火电机组外高桥电厂仿真机的调试、运行,以及对模型的阶跃扰动测试,证实了模型的合理性,成功地解决了900MW超临界直流锅炉蒸发器的全工况仿真问题。这不仅为提高实际机组的操作及优化运行水平,也为以后更大规模的火电厂仿真机的开发打下了良好的基础。 The mathematic model of steam generator is very important in the simulation model of supercritical once-through boiler. Based on the characteristic of boiler, a nonlinear integral mathematic model of supercritical once-through boiler evaporator has been developed, which avoids the changing of different section models in the operation process. By testing the simulator of Waigaoqiao power plant and analyzing the response results of steps input, the model succeed solved the problem of 900 MW supercritical once-through boiler simulation and meet the real time simulation and the moving characteristic of boiler in all scale. As the biggest load fossil boiler simulator in our country, this model will be very useful for studying more load simulator and optimizing the archetypal boiler operation in future.
