摘要
改造前后平均温压变化剧烈会对系统吸热量产生较大影响,到目前为止,该问题未受到充分关注.研究了温压变化对吸热偏差的影响,引入了温压修正系数概念,考虑平均温压变化对吸热偏差的影响,对吸热偏差系数进行修正,并应用于江苏利港电力2号锅炉热偏差超温实炉改造,较好地解决了该炉热偏差超温难题,获得了良好的社会和经济效益。
Large changes in mean temperature difference,brought about by retrofit, may seriously affect the amount of heat absorbed by the system. But up to now, little attention has been paid to this problem. Dealing with this problem, the paper presents the concept of a mean temperature differece correction factor, which, applied to the heat absorption deviation coefficient, considers the effect of changes of the mean temperature difference on heat absorption deviation. Herewith the headache heat absorption deviation caused overheating problem of Jiangsu Ligang Power Co.'s boiler No.2, following reconstruction, was solved quite satisfactorily with sequential social and economic benefits.
