摘要
磷化膜的表面形貌对研究磷化液的配方和磷化膜的性能都有重要的作用。主要探讨了在超声波条件下形成的磷化膜的性能测试、表面形貌特征以及影响因素。结果表明:在超声波条件下形成的磷化膜属于颗粒和针状(混合)型晶体,且分布均匀,平滑,细密,完整,并有较好的耐蚀性和结合力。主盐浓度和介质酸度对磷化膜表面形貌的影响很大。
It is important to study on the surface shape of phosphating film for the components of the phosphating solution and the performance of phosphating film. The performance of phosphating film,the surface shape of phosphate film and influence factors were discussed. The results show that the phosphating film formed under ultrasonic wave is granule and acicular crystal,it is even,smooth,dense. It has better corrosion resistance and binding force. The effects of concentration of major salt and acidity of medium in solution on the surface shape of phosphating film are strong.
