摘要
通过对血泵材料的血液相容性和生物组织相容性进行了分析,并对目前常用生物材料的表面处理技术进行了比较。由于心内式血泵置入心内的特殊部位,既要保证其血液相容性,又要保证组织相容性,可采取对材料表面生物药物活性处理来实现:与血液接触材料表面,可选择r 水蛭素处理,以提高材料的血液相容性;与各种生物组织材料接触的表面,可选择纤连蛋白处理,使材料表面内皮化,以提高材料的组织相容性。
By analysis of blood compatibility and tissue compatibility of blood pump material, a comparison was given to the surface treating technology of the current commonly-used biomaterial. Owing to the particular position of micro-axial blood pump placed in heart, the active treating of bio-medicament on the material surface is used to ensure its blood and its tissue compatible. That is, r-hirudin treating is used on material interface with the blood to improve the blood compatibility; and fibronectin treating is used on the interface with various bio-tissue materials to endothelialize the surface of material and to improve its tissue compatibility.
