非洲菊花托组织培养初探

Preliminary Discussion on Receptacle Tissue Culture of gerbera jamesonii

我们以非洲菊的花托为外植体进行组织培养,利用浓度不同的培养基进行分化诱导和继代培养,结果显示KT/NAA值对非洲菊组织培养具有影响。

We took the receptacles of Gerbera jamesonii as inoculuns to cultivate the tissues, and took different density of media to induce and successively cultivate the tissues. The results showed that the ratio of KT/N AA could affected the Gerbera jamesonii tissue culture.
